At home there is some days to some weeks after discharge with the help of family member, friends or caregiver. After surgery don’t do following activities or as per your doctor instructions.

• Physical Relationship
• Sleeping Position
• Return to Work
• Sports and Exercise
• Air Travel
• Don’t Cross your legs at knees
• Don’t Lean forward while sitting
• Don’t Feet excessively inward or outward
• Don’t bend Waist beyond 90 degrees
